• Click ‘Add to Basket’

We accept a wide range of payment options, including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal. If you have a dedicated account manager, they may be able to offer alternative options such as a credit account. Please contact your account manager for further details.
For express orders, you must approve your artwork before 5pm. For standard turnarounds, we require your artwork to be approved before 6:30pm.
Order Specifications: Before you approve your artwork, we can update the order specifications if you get in touch with us by phone. We’re happy to assist and can also take payments manually over the phone if needed. If your artwork has been approved but printing has not yet started, any changes to specifications require cancelling and refunding the original order so you can place a new one online.
Turnaround Times: You can change turnaround times only after artwork approval but before printing begins. If printing has started, unfortunately, changes aren’t possible.
If, on the rare occasion that a payment fails, we’d appreciate it if you could take a screenshot of the error message and email it to sa***@************co.uk. Then, give us a call so we can investigate and help you get back on track. If it’s a system hiccup, don’t worry, we can process your payment manually over the phone to keep things moving smoothly.
You can accept quotes directly through your online Account Area. Simply log in, click on ‘My Account’, then head to ‘Quotes’. Here, you’ll see a full list of your quotes and their current status.
If a quote appears as an “Active Quote”, you can simply review and accept it online to proceed with the payment.
However, if a quote shows as “Quote Request Received”, this means it requires manual processing on our end. In this case, you’ll need to contact our team by phone to arrange payment and finalise the order.
If you’re ever unsure, just give us a call, we’re here to help!
Whether VAT applies to a print job depends on what’s being printed and how it’s used, not just the product type. While many printed items like leaflets and brochures are typically zero-rated for VAT, certain features in the artwork can change that. For example, if a flyer includes a promotional offer, like “Free entry with this flyer,” or has an area to be filled in (such as a form, ticket, or voucher), HMRC may class it as advertising or a redeemable document, which means it becomes standard-rated and VAT must be charged.
Our Studio team checks every order, so if your design contains anything that makes it VATable, we’ll pause production and send you an email to arrange payment of the VAT, as we won’t be able to process your order until the VAT has been paid.
For more information on VAT and print, head to the Government Website.
We hope you can find most of the sizes and quantities you need on our website, and with our new custom sizes and quantities option, we’ve made it easier to order exactly what you need at the click of a button. However, if you’re after something even more specific or can’t find exactly what you need online, we’re happy to quote it for you.
Just head to the product page that’s closest to what you need, then select ‘Request a Quote’ from the menu on the left-hand side. Alternatively, click on ‘My Account’, then head to ‘Quotes’. Here, you can click ‘Request a Quote’.
Fill in all the relevant details; quantities, sizes, finishes, anything extra, and click ‘Send Quote’.
Our team will review the request and aim to get back to you within 1 working day.
All quotes provided by Route 1 Print are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. This gives you and your clients plenty of time to review the pricing, finalise the details, and place the order with confidence.
If something changes after that time, whether it’s a spec tweak, price adjustment, or a brand-new brief, just get in touch with our team. We’re always happy to update or reissue a quote to suit your latest requirements.
No, we don’t offer the option to select specific machines for your print jobs. Our factory operates with a highly optimised workflow, where orders are routed based on factors such as run length, product type, and job ganging to maximise efficiency. Rest assured, all our machines are calibrated to the same colour management standards, ensuring consistent quality and colour accuracy across your entire order, regardless of which machine it runs on.
If your order has not yet entered production, you can easily update your artwork by using the “Re-upload” option in your Account Dashboard. This lets you submit a corrected file and reapprove it before printing begins.
If your order status shows “In Production”, changes may be limited. Please contact our team as soon as possible, and we’ll check the progress. If printing has already started, unfortunately, no changes can be made. However, if the job hasn’t yet begun printing, we may still be able to update your artwork.
You can track your order at any time through your Account Area. Simply log in, click on ‘My Account’, then head to ‘My Orders’. Here, you’ll see a full list of your orders and their current status. We’ll also keep you in the loop with email updates at key stages so you’ll know when your order’s confirmed, when it’s been dispatched, and when it’s out for delivery.
We offer a wide range of products available on an express turnaround.
Simply select the ‘Express’ option when placing your order, and your print will be delivered the next working day.
For delivery, our standard DPD service runs between 8:00am-7:00pm.
If you're really in a hurry, you can upgrade to a pre-noon delivery (8:00am-12:00pm) for just £7.50 (inc. VAT).
You will be able to choose these upgrades at the checkout stage.
Express delivery means your order will be printed and delivered the next business day, provided you approve your artwork before 5pm.
A 1 working day turnaround means your print will be produced and ready for delivery after 1 full working day from artwork approval.
A 3-4 working day turnaround means your print will be completed and dispatched within 3 to 4 working days after approval.
Please note, our factory operates over the weekend to maintain production efficiency; however, courier deliveries are based on standard working days (Monday to Friday). For example, a 1 working day order placed on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. For standard turnarounds, we require the artwork to be approved before 6:30pm.
